Role overview
This position is with a fast-growing skill-based fantasy sports platform working through MLabs on behalf of its client. The company is building an innovative peer-to-peer sports entertainment product where fans compete using their sports knowledge for real rewards, without a house edge. The immediate focus is the NFL and wider American sports market, and the role is centered on scaling user growth, launching major campaigns, and shaping the go-to-market plan from the start.
This is a remote, full-time role open to candidates located in Europe or North America. The stated compensation range is $80,000 to $100,000.
What you'll do
- Create and run the overall growth plan for NFL and American sports, covering everything from the initial launch through the height of the season.
- Increase the number of depositing users by improving performance across all acquisition channels and continuously refining channel allocation.
- Coordinate paid media, creator collaborations, community growth, and referral programs so they work together as one growth system.
- Build, expand, and manage creator and influencer initiatives that strengthen reach and keep the community active.
- Own the marketing budget end to end and use performance data to distribute spend where it produces the strongest return.
- Support brand building and audience retention so first-time users become repeat, long-term players.
What we're looking for
- 3 to 5+ years of growth marketing experience in real-money or cash fantasy sports products such as DFS, sportsbooks, or similar gaming offerings.
- Strong knowledge of how real-money users behave, including what drives deposits, retention, and engagement in cash-based gaming environments.
- Solid commercial and analytical judgment, with the ability to evaluate acquisition cost, unit economics, and performance across channels.
- Hands-on experience running acquisition campaigns across several channels, including creator, influencer, or ambassador programs.
- A builder mindset suited to fast-moving, high-growth environments, with comfort operating in uncertain situations and making quick decisions.
- Good familiarity with NFL and broader American sports culture.
Preferred background
- Experience launching or scaling a real-money or skill-based gaming product.
- Experience creating and growing a brand community from an early stage.
