About the Role

Coco Republic is looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to shape and strengthen the brand across every channel. In this role, you will steer the planning, delivery, and ongoing development of marketing activity so that every customer touchpoint reflects the brand’s premium quality, craftsmanship, and innovation.

You will lead marketing initiatives spanning brand storytelling, digital campaigns, public relations, and events, while working closely with product, merchandising, digital, CX, and showroom teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end marketing delivery across brand, digital, content, campaigns, PR, and events.
  • Design and execute go-to-market plans for new ranges, seasonal launches, and major brand moments.
  • Guide and develop graphic designers to produce high-quality campaign creative for all customer channels.
  • Lead content marketing across organic social, EDMs, point-of-sale material, catalogues, journal content, and paid digital channels.

  • Work in close partnership with Product, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Digital, CX, and Showroom teams to align marketing with business goals.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and creative partners to deliver standout brand and trade activations.
  • Use data, customer insight, and market trends to improve messaging, targeting, and channel mix.
  • Increase showroom visits, online engagement, and design-service leads with clear, measurable results.
  • Support, coach, and manage a direct report while encouraging creativity, ownership, and high performance.
