About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our Balgowlah Showroom. In this role, you will manage projects from the initial client brief through to the final presentation. You will also provide support to Design Consultants on their interior design projects, taking a leading role. What You'll Do

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all clients.
  • Manage client interactions from initial brief to final presentation.
  • Develop compelling concept presentation documents.
  • Produce detailed architectural documentation for interior design projects.
  • Specify materials and finishes.
  • Create comprehensive project schedules.
  • Lead design initiatives, fostering innovative and creative concepts.
  • Continuously update knowledge of current design trends and furniture.
  • Verify the accuracy of project scopes before client presentations.
  • Report on any leads that may require reallocation.

Who you are

  • Possess prior experience in a similar interior design role or studio environment.
  • Hold a relevant Interior Design qualification.
  • Maintain impeccable personal presentation.
  • Exhibit outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have experience meeting sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to achieving excellence.
