Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator position involves hands-on management of daily marketing functions. The role entails coordinating content creation, overseeing influencer and affiliate collaborations, managing campaign logistics, and ensuring retail partners and customers consistently receive high-quality brand experiences. This role collaborates closely with the founders and the wider marketing team within a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage influencer and affiliate relationships by sourcing, onboarding, coordinating gifting, briefing, content delivery, tracking, and assessing performance.
- Organize and maintain Instagram content scheduling and content calendars, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and deadlines.
- Direct marketing campaign operations using ClickUp, maintaining task lists, deadlines, and deliverables while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance customer experience through loyalty and retention programs.
- Coordinate retail asset production by working with graphic designers and video editors to brief, monitor progress, and deliver creative materials punctually for retail partners.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, ecommerce, or direct-to-consumer coordination roles, preferably within FMCG or beauty sectors.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple simultaneous campaigns.
- Proven experience managing relationships with external collaborators such as influencers, affiliates, agencies, or freelancers.
- Familiarity and confidence using project management software like ClickUp and Instagram scheduling tools.
- Ability to effectively brief and work alongside creative teams.
- Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of taking initiative.
