Position Overview
William Ryan Homes in Florida is looking to hire a motivated Marketing Coordinator to bolster its energetic Sales team. This position plays a critical role in implementing marketing strategies aimed at attracting qualified prospects and converting them into new homeowners. The candidate should possess strong organizational skills, creativity, and comfort with technology, combined with enthusiasm for marketing in the real estate sector.
Primary Responsibilities
- Act as the lead for Search Engine Marketing (SEM) initiatives across the division, ensuring digital platforms are optimized for visibility and profitability.
- Update and improve website content to enhance SEO and engage potential customers effectively.
- Contribute to launching new communities, show homes, and sales offices by updating digital marketing assets, signage, materials, and organizing grand opening events.
- Partner in developing compelling marketing products such as drone footage, customer testimonials, print and digital advertisements, graphics, and images showcasing communities and homes.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials needed by sales offices.
- Assist the Broker of Record by managing MLS listings and necessary updates.
- Liaise with vendors to maintain a cohesive and appealing representation of communities both onsite and digitally.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Sales Manager and the Sales Team for overall efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualities
- Possess a data-driven and analytical approach to enhance marketing campaigns.
- Exemplify excellent organization, attention to detail, and skilled time management.
- Comfortable with technology, including familiar use of Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Knowledgeable in web design principles, SEO techniques, and graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.
- Experience in residential homebuilding or real estate marketing is advantageous.
