Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

Verdes Cannabis, a leading cannabis company in New Mexico, is seeking a detail-focused and organized Marketing Coordinator to enhance the management of our ecommerce platforms, digital menus, promotions, and social media efforts across six dispensary locations in Albuquerque. This position offers a great opportunity to develop expertise in digital marketing, ecommerce, and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and manage product listings including pricing, promotions, and banners using Dutchie for all Verdes Cannabis stores.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing online menus.
• Organize, upload, and resize marketing assets through Canva.
• Schedule approved posts on social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Business.
• Track and monitor published posts, preparing weekly performance reports for marketing activities.
• Coordinate digital assets to support product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Occasionally assist with delivering marketing materials to retail locations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; coursework in marketing or communications is advantageous.
• Highly attentive to detail and well-organized in managing tasks.
• Adept at quickly learning digital platforms including Dutchie, Canva, Google Workspace, and social media management tools.
• Self-driven, reliable, and capable of managing recurring duties independently.
• Strong communication abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Preferred experience includes familiarity with Dutchie, Canva, social media scheduling tools, retail, or cannabis industry exposure.
• Interest in pursuing a career in digital marketing, ecommerce, or marketing operations is desirable.
