Role Overview

We are seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator to join the Operations team in Cork. This fixed-term position, lasting until December 2027, supports the Production Manager with daily department operations. The incumbent will primarily lead planning, KPI tracking, project management, and SAP system administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain to plan and coordinate production schedules effectively.
• Act as the primary SAP local key user, managing system administration, enhancing processes, and guiding users.
• Monitor inventory levels within SAP to aid in optimal material planning and availability.
• Manage system updates for manufacturing products, including bill of materials creation, batch record revisions, and overseeing product change implementations.
• Supervise production deviation processes, analyze trends, and drive corrective and preventive measures.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects within the Production Department.
• Ensure quality compliance throughout all work aspects according to relevant standards and requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A relevant third-level degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in SAP system usage and administration.
• At least 3 years of operational, manufacturing, or production experience.
• Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
