Managing Consultant - Data & Analytics with Databricks Expertise

About the Role

We are seeking a Managing Consultant to join a respected professional services firm's national Data & Analytics team based in Auckland, New Zealand. This is a permanent full-time position, requiring onsite presence, with Databricks expertise being absolutely essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-impact consulting projects centered on data strategy and advanced analytics using Snowflake and Databricks platforms.

• Utilize established professional networks to generate new business development opportunities, positioning the firm as a leading advisor in AI and analytics sectors.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 8 years advisory experience with focus on Data & Analytics and AI solution delivery.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities managing complex projects and multidisciplinary teams with consistent delivery of excellent results.
• Mandatory expertise in Databricks platform.
• Proficient knowledge of data platforms including architectural design and integration, machine learning, and up-to-date AI technologies.
• Strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Relevant tertiary education qualification and preferably a recognized professional membership in the related field.
