About the Role
This managerial position in the Transform Marketing Organization focuses on delivering transformation services leveraging cutting-edge solutions such as Transformative Marketing, Martech, Brand Creative, and Scaled Marketing Services enhanced by Generative AI and next-generation capabilities. The goal is to aid clients in becoming dynamic enterprises by optimizing marketing, sales, and service strategies alongside organizational models to create efficient, marketing-centered growth engines that lead to cost reduction, revenue growth, enhanced customer satisfaction, and improved front-end business metrics.
You will collaborate closely with clients as a consulting professional to design, implement, and manage initiatives aimed at boosting business performance. Your primary focus will include ensuring top-tier marketing performance and innovative consumer engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive superior performance in Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) organizations by leveraging analytics, consulting, and strategic solutions to support large-scale transformation, improving marketing outcomes and cost efficiency while creating substantial consumer relevance.
- Apply hands-on expertise in customer value and lifecycle management by working on customer segmentation, behavior analysis, and channel management initiatives.
- Develop and lead new campaign strategies, planning across multiple channels and devices, including marketing assessments, KPI definition, and vendor evaluations for technologies such as Pega.
- Create business cases for marketing use cases and solutions by gathering requirements and designing process solutions for marketing implementations.
- Oversee the end-to-end marketing program execution, from strategy formulation to technical delivery, including real-time marketing tactics like next best offer/action and event-driven marketing.
- Design and implement interventions to enhance customer acquisition and engagement through trend monitoring and data analysis, utilizing analytics and visualization tools.
- Identify opportunities for marketing process improvements, build business cases to boost marketing capabilities and campaign strategies, and foster innovative growth-driven solutions.

Qualifications and Experience
- A graduate degree with a minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 7 years dedicated to leading modern marketing organizations and implementing data-driven growth strategies.
- Proven expertise in strategic advisory roles employing established frameworks to perform diagnostics and conduct visioning workshops with senior leadership.
- Experience leading marketing strategy development, brand architecture, and brand stage models.
