About the Role

Nexa Core HR Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Management Trainee to support marketing and brand promotion activities for their client based in Kolkata. This is an on-site position focused on marketing campaign execution, social media engagement, and market research.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Support social media management and brand promotion efforts.
• Create simple marketing content and promotional materials.
• Perform research on market trends and competitors.
• Participate in organizing branding activities and promotional events.
• Monitor campaign outcomes and compile basic performance reports.

Qualifications and Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Good communication abilities and a creative mindset.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office tools and social media platforms.
• Motivated to learn and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
