Management Accountant

Role Overview

Picasso International is seeking a Management Accountant to become a vital part of their manufacturing team. The role demands organization, accountability, and efficiency in managing various accounting and logistical duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records using Tally ERP or Tally Prime software.
• Prepare, verify, and oversee invoice processing.
• Liaise closely with production and dispatch supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage all dispatch-related documentation.
• Track customer orders and update dispatch statuses regularly.
• Handle customer interactions related to order inquiries, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Collaborate with sales and accounts teams for seamless coordination.
• Assist with GST compliance and perform fundamental accounting tasks.
• Support management with daily accounting activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tally ERP and Tally Prime applications.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel for data management.
• Excellent communication capabilities.
• Effective coordination and follow-up proficiency.
• Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles.
• High attention to detail.
• Teamwork oriented with good time management skills.

Additional Information

• Salary range: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000, based on experience and performance.
• Educational qualification required: B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or an equivalent degree.
• Work location: 180, Gari Pipliya Road, Manglaya Sadak, Sanwer, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 453771.
• Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
