We are seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Maintenance Administrator to become an integral part of our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate urgent maintenance requests, ensuring timely logging in the maintenance system and authorizing immediate action when necessary
Delegate and prioritize maintenance tasks to both internal teams and external contractors to maximize operational efficiency
Collect detailed information about maintenance and repair needs across multiple units to appropriately assign tasks to the right personnel
Monitor progress on repair and maintenance jobs, update records in the maintenance system accordingly
Support administrative procedures including generating order numbers and processing contractor and supplier invoices

Candidate Profile

Previous experience handling similar administrative responsibilities in maintenance or related fields
Dependable and confident communicator able to interact effectively across all organizational levels
Skilled in handling multiple tasks simultaneously and managing a demanding workload with proper prioritization
