Key Responsibilities

• Create and deploy machine learning algorithms and models tailored to diverse business needs.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to detect significant trends and insights.
• Engineer comprehensive machine learning pipelines encompassing data ingestion, preprocessing, feature creation, model training, and evaluation.
• Enhance model efficiency and scalability for production use.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to interpret business demands into technical models and solutions.
• Continuously update expertise with the newest machine learning and deep learning trends and technologies.
• Innovate by experimenting with emerging ML approaches and tools.

Educational Background and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrate between three and six years of practical experience as a machine learning engineer.

Mandatory Skills

• Proficient programming in Python alongside familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Experienced in data preparation techniques, feature engineering, and selecting appropriate models.
• Sound understanding of machine learning algorithms including regression, classification, and clustering.
• Competent in statistical data analysis and visualization methods.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communicator with proven teamwork skills.
• Knowledgeable about deep learning models like CNN, RNN, and LSTM architectures.
• Understanding of ML Ops principles and model deployment strategies.

Preferred Competencies

• Experience with cloud infrastructure services such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools including MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, and Kubernetes environments.
• Background in natural language processing or computer vision initiatives.
• Skill in building CI/CD pipelines for machine learning model deployment.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database systems.
• Prior exposure to US-based client projects or client interaction environments.
