Role Overview

As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will play a key role in safeguarding customers, staff, and company assets. This position involves being a visible and approachable presence at store entrances to prevent loss and support a positive shopping environment. While previous experience in customer-facing, fast-paced retail, or security roles is preferred, it is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor while stationed at store entrances.
• Work collaboratively with the store team to protect merchandise and reduce theft.
• Effectively resolve conflicts in a calm, professional manner when situations arise.
• Serve as an ambassador for the loss prevention department, upholding company values.
• Demonstrate resilience, self-motivation, and strong communication skills consistently.
