Job Overview
Hardev Enterprises is seeking a dedicated Logistic Panel Executive to manage Delhivery courier panel and logistics operations from home. This is a full-time remote role with working hours from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The candidate must have a laptop and reliable internet connection to effectively perform job responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update Delhivery shipment panel, including NDR (Non-Delivery Report), OFD (Out for Delivery), RTO (Return to Origin), claims, lost, and damaged cases.
- Perform pre-calling verification for Ayurvedic medicine orders to ensure only confirmed orders proceed to dispatch.
- Coordinate with customers for updating correct information on NDR orders in the courier panel.
- Track OFD shipments and communicate with customers or coordinate with team members as necessary.
- Provide main responsibility for panel updates and logistics coordination despite assistance in calling tasks if needed.
- Assist and resolve team queries related to tracking.
- Report all tracking updates regularly to the Team Leader via tracking sheets.
- Handle approximately 100 calls daily, including pre-calling, NDR follow-ups, OFD updates, and general logistics coordination.
Requirements
- Serious and responsible candidates with good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of logistics or e-commerce operations.
- Preference for candidates with prior experience on Delhivery panel work.
- Active involvement in panel handling, shipment tracking, calling coordination, and logistics follow-up is mandatory.
- Must own a laptop and have a stable internet connection.
Compensation and Work Conditions
- Training period fixed salary between ₹10,000 to ₹12,500 monthly.
- From the second month onwards, a basic fixed salary of ₹15,000 per month.
- Incentive-based salary potential up to ₹50,000 depending on targets and performance.
- The role predominantly involves panel management and coordination; calling support can be provided by another executive if required.
