Role Overview

As a member of the Branch Staff team at Blacktown, your primary responsibility will be assisting plumbers and other tradespeople to obtain the products they require for construction and renovation projects, alongside various duties that contribute to smooth branch operations.

Typical Daily Duties

• Deliver products and parts to customers using a company vehicle
• Perform pick packing and manage stock control tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the branch and warehouse
• Offer excellent customer service and provide information about products

Desired Candidate Profile

• Has retail sales or delivery driving experience and enjoys working with customers both face-to-face and by phone
• Technologically proficient and quick to learn new systems
• Holds a clean and valid driver's license; a forklift license is advantageous though not mandatory
