Role Overview

As the LinkedIn Outreach Specialist, your primary mission will be to identify and engage non-fiction KDP authors who would benefit most from PUBLITIX's services. Your approach centers on personalized, research-driven communication designed to initiate meaningful conversations and build trust that leads to discovery calls with the PUBLITIX team. This role requires thoughtful outreach rather than generic messaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research non-fiction KDP authors who match PUBLITIX's target profile.
• Craft and send personalized outreach messages, managing ongoing conversations on LinkedIn and related platforms.
• Provide straightforward, honest responses to inquiries about PUBLITIX's services and processes.
• Schedule discovery calls and manage follow-up communications in coordination with the internal team.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, analyze response data, and report insights to improve the outreach approach.
• Collaborate with marketing and account teams to refine and enhance outreach strategies continuously.

Required Qualifications

• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and non-template messages.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience in customer service, community engagement, or other roles reliant on relationship-building and trust maintenance.
• Strong research capabilities to identify worthwhile outreach targets and customize engagement accordingly.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, digital outreach tools, and CRM or lead-tracking systems.
• Self-motivation and discipline to succeed independently in a fully remote work setting, achieving outreach and conversion objectives consistently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience related to publishing, book marketing, advertising, particularly in connection with the KDP platform.
• Understanding of Amazon KDP operations, fundamentals of online advertising, and relevant performance indicators.
• A bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
