Role Overview

The Lifestyle Assistant will play an integral part in the Lifestyle department by aiding in the design and delivery of programs, activities, and special events that support whole-person wellness for residents. Responsibilities include organizing, facilitating, and leading in-house group activities, and assisting in the preparation of the monthly activity calendar and resident newsletter.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Preferred experience in recreation and leisure activities tailored for an active senior population.
• Strong organizational skills coupled with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
