About the Role
Based in Belapur, Navi Mumbai, this opportunity involves supporting and coordinating various learning programs under the Gyanodaya Learning & Development function. The role focuses on ensuring smooth execution and administration of learning initiatives within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate learning sessions, handling participant registrations and communications effectively.
- Oversee comprehensive program logistics including arrangements for virtual and physical classrooms, managing vendor relationships, contracts, and invoice processing.
- Assist learners in completing preparatory work and fulfilling program requirements.
- Execute and monitor the established learning framework and related activities to maintain program quality.
- Maintain detailed records, reports, and data related to learning programs to enable accurate tracking and evaluation.
- Work closely with Program Directors, learning partners, educators, and business stakeholders to guarantee the successful delivery of programs.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Graduate or postgraduate qualifications in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Learning & Development, or closely related fields.
- Preferably possess prior experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, Talent Development, Human Resources Operations, or Program Management.
Skills and Competencies
- Fluent and clear verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong skills in report preparation and documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint tools.
- Excellent organizational and coordination capabilities.
- Demonstrated aptitude for stakeholder management and interpersonal relations.
- Capacity to manage several learning programs and meet strict deadlines concurrently.
- Meticulous attention to detail coupled with a dedication to maintaining quality standards.
Preferred Experience
- Experience selecting appropriate learning interventions tailored to varying audience needs.
- Background in leadership development or in capability-building initiatives.
- Experience collaborating with senior management, academic faculty, and other business partners.
