• Over 15 years of expertise in water infrastructure planning and strategy; experience in project delivery and implementation is advantageous.
• Proven success influencing infrastructure investment and planning decisions.
• Strong capability in systems thinking, integrating technical, environmental, and economic factors.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders within councils, utilities, or government entities.
• Comprehensive understanding of New Zealand’s water sector and reform initiatives.
• Commercial acumen to cultivate and expand client relationships and business opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information into meaningful insights.

Work Environment and Location
