Key Responsibilities
- Operate conventional lathe machines to fabricate precision components accurately.
- Set up machinery, tools, and fixtures according to production specifications.
- Interpret engineering drawings and technical documents effectively.
- Perform various machining tasks including turning, facing, threading, and drilling.
- Use precision measuring devices such as vernier calipers and micrometers to inspect finished parts.
- Ensure that products comply with quality standards and meet production targets.
- Conduct routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the machines.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies consistently.
- Maintain an orderly and clean workspace.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess an ITI qualification (mandatory).
- Have at least one year of experience working as a Lathe Machine Operator.
- Preference given to candidates with manufacturing industry exposure.
- No English language proficiency required.
- Age range between 18 and 60 years.
- Open to both male and female applicants.
- Preference for candidates residing in the Pune region.
Compensation and Benefits
- A fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹40,000.
