A well-established facilities management company is searching for a Landscaping Maintenance Supervisor to lead landscaping maintenance efforts for commercial properties. This position involves overseeing teams and ensuring all landscaping areas are maintained to high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the work of landscaping technicians and gardeners.
• Organize and plan daily upkeep activities effectively.
• Conduct thorough inspections of irrigation systems, lawns, trees, and planted areas.
• Identify and address pest infestations, weed control, and plant health concerns.
• Ensure correct and safe operation of landscaping tools and machinery.
• Maintain consistent quality across all landscaped zones.
• Coordinate procurement and use of necessary materials and equipment.
• Draft maintenance reports and schedule work activities.
• Guarantee adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in landscaping maintenance.
• Proven supervisory skills and experience managing teams.
• Knowledgeable in designing and maintaining irrigation systems.
• Strong expertise in landscaping care and maintenance techniques.
• Ability to oversee and direct multiple teams simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal qualification in horticulture or landscaping.
• Possession of a valid Qatar driving license.
• Certification in relevant safety standards.
