Role Overview
We are seeking motivated and disciplined kitchen assistants to prepare and assemble meals while upholding stringent standards for food quality, hygiene, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients in line with daily production plans.
- Cook and assemble dishes following established SOPs and recipes.
- Ensure the consistency of food quality, flavor, and portion sizes.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Clean kitchen tools, equipment, and workspaces regularly.
- Accurately pack customer orders for delivery.
- Assist in managing inventory and stock levels.
- Support senior chefs during peak periods to maintain smooth operations.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness.
Candidate Requirements
- Open to both fresh graduates and experienced individuals.
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations preferred.
- Strong willingness to learn and comply with SOPs.
- Good communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
- Flexible to work shifts in the morning or evening.

Work Schedule and Location
