About the Role

As a Key Holder at Boot Barn in Texarkana, you will engage with customers to provide an outstanding in-store experience while supporting and leading store team members. You'll embody the company's mission, vision, and values, demonstrating expertise in selling, customer service, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and point-of-sale operations. Collaborating with leadership, you will help drive sales performance, assist in team development, and support store operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of service and sales excellence to build enduring customer connections.
• Develop expertise in product categories to effectively convey features and benefits to customers.
• Consistently meet measurable objectives such as units per transaction, average sales value, add-on items, and customer data capture.
• Stay updated on ongoing promotions and advertisements to inform customers accurately.
• Uphold company merchandising standards, assist with floor moves, maintain displays, and oversee store cleanliness.
• Help process merchandise and manage inventory by replenishing floor stock as necessary.
• Handle sales transactions accurately and maintain proper cash and payment accountabilities at point-of-sale terminals.
• Seek opportunities to enhance personal skills and improve sales metrics through partnership with store leaders.
• Ensure completion of opening and closing duties according to company policies and adhere to time and attendance guidelines.
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by management.
• Exemplify high standards in work quality, attendance, and personal appearance.
