Role Overview

Abunayyan Holding is looking to add a Key Account Specialist to its Commercial Team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This position supports strategic customer accounts in the water and wastewater treatment sector, with a strong focus on relationship building, account growth, and commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain productive relationships with important customer accounts.
Act as the main contact person for day-to-day account management needs.
Lead contract discussions and help finalize agreements that support business growth.
Spot additional opportunities to expand business within current accounts.
Coordinate delivery of products and services so customer expectations are met on time.
Monitor account activity and create recurring sales and performance reports.
Work closely with internal departments to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
Address client concerns and contribute to initiatives that grow assigned accounts.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a closely related discipline is required.
2 to 3 years of experience in sales or key account management is preferred, ideally in water treatment or another comparable industrial environment.
Working knowledge of electrical products and technical solutions is expected.
Comfort using MS Office and ERP platforms is necessary.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities are essential.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
