Role Overview

As a Kalkulator at Niersberger Group, you will play a pivotal role in transforming wood components into future-ready construction elements. Since 1930, the company has built high-quality wood elements, and in 2025, expanded with a new industrial production hall in Unterrottmannsdorf. The successful candidate will be the key figure determining allowable part costs and will actively share cost calculation knowledge with the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost calculations for offers and tenders related to wood construction and structural projects, acting as the offers and tender manager.
• Collaborate closely with executive management, project leads, and purchasing departments.
• Train and support colleagues in cost calculation processes, becoming a technical point of contact.
• Develop calculation bases and compile comprehensive service specifications.

Candidate Profile

• Proven multi-year experience in cost calculation or equivalent roles within the construction industry.
• General construction expertise is welcome; knowledge of wood construction is an asset but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and with enthusiasm for sharing knowledge.

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive salary range between 65,000 and 82,000 euros annually, dependent on experience.
