Position Overview

Join Key Assets New Zealand as a Kaiwhakahaere | Team Manager overseeing the Auckland social work team. This full-time, permanent role calls for an experienced leader to inspire and support practitioners, ensuring mokopuna and whānau remain central to every decision. The role prioritizes fostering compassionate, culturally responsive practice within a trauma-informed environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of social work professionals, providing supervision and coaching.
