Junior Technical Product Owner - Data Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a Junior-level Technical Product Owner specializing in data analysis to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This position requires working from the office three days a week and mandates an in-person interview at the client’s location. The role focuses on managing and interpreting data flows, ensuring data integrity, and effectively collaborating within an Agile environment.

Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to Agile/Kanban workflows.
• Create clear and detailed user stories to support development processes.
• Analyze data lineage and downstream data flows to maintain data accuracy.
• Validate data using established rules to guarantee its integrity and reliability.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Between 2 to over 5 years of experience in data analysis, data modeling, and validation projects.
• Proficiency with JIRA and familiarity with Agile and Kanban project management methodologies.
• Strong skills in Excel and SQL for data analysis tasks.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, data modeling techniques, and data quality principles.
