Spiralyze is a U.S.-based, data-driven A/B testing firm working with prominent brands such as Pepsi, Netflix, General Electric, Abbott, American Express, Dream Host, TechSmith, and VWO. Our mission is to leverage design and optimization strategies to boost client revenues from web traffic.
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Talent Recruiter to join our remote team in Serbia (Belgrade). You will play a key role in attracting, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Key Duties
- Identify and attract candidates using various platforms like job boards, social networks, and events.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates effectively.
- Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Support the creation and posting of job listings.
- Manage candidate databases and monitor recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
- Provide excellent candidate engagement and smooth recruitment communication.
- Collaborate closely with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Scout candidates on platforms including Indeed, UpWork, Behance, and LinkedIn.
- Keep updated on recruitment best practices, market trends, and industry shifts.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) for documentation and workflow optimization.
Qualifications & Skills
- Energetic and curious about learning and understanding people’s skills and experiences.
- Professional representation of Spiralyze to prospective hires, inspiring enthusiasm about available opportunities.
- Ability to quickly grasp company products, services, and role nuances for effective candidate communication.
- Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing candidates' resumes and communications.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple candidates and recruitment stages simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Experience or interest in recruiting UI/UX designers is advantageous, including understanding design roles and portfolios.
- Entry-level candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience or recent graduates eager to build a career in HR are encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from $800 to $1,200 USD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Fully remote work arrangement from Serbia.
- Full-time role with flexible 8-hour workdays scheduled within 3:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST core hours, allowing split shifts.
