Key Responsibilities

• Act as the essential link connecting strategic buyers, various business departments, and IT systems within the procurement framework.
• Lead the advancement of digital procurement processes amid an exciting transformation phase, including ERP migration to Oracle.
• Take ownership of tactical sourcing activities for selected product categories, handling negotiations for tenders with small to mid-level volumes.
• Contribute to the development and management of a new marketplace platform (Guided Buying) including creating, maintaining, and optimizing supplier catalogs in Oracle.
• Provide first-level support and serve as a key user for internal stakeholders regarding procurement process queries from requisition through to purchase order.
• Collaborate closely with the Strategic Category Management team to consolidate local and tactical demands efficiently and minimize unauthorized purchases (Maverick Buying).

Qualifications and Skills

• Completed degree in business administration or a comparable field; alternatively, equivalent vocational training.
• Digital mindset with strong affinity for systems and technologies.
• Proactive, structured, and collaborative team player with a hands-on mentality.
• Initial practical experience in operational or tactical procurement, preferably with exposure to professional services or facility management services.
• Experience with e-procurement platforms, especially Oracle or SAP Ariba, is a significant advantage.
• Confident and communicative attitude with fluent German and very good English language skills.
