About EPOS
EPOS, supported by Ant International—a global leader in digital payments and financial technology—is a prominent provider of Point-of-Sale digital solutions. Acting as the core hub for Ant International's global merchant payment services platform, Antom, EPOS delivers comprehensive online-to-offline digital, payment, and banking solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) worldwide, aiding them in achieving sustainable growth.
With expanding operations throughout Southeast Asia, EPOS seeks enthusiastic individuals to join their vibrant teams and contribute to significant business advancements globally.
Role Overview
The Junior Project Manager in the Commercial Track will operate within the EPOS Rewards team, taking full ownership across four critical domains: project management operations, strategic partnerships, commercialisation activities, and governance of service delivery. Holding end-to-end responsibility for a portfolio of merchant clients, this role involves leadership within your domains rather than mere execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the project management processes for EPOS Rewards by defining case workflows, tracking, escalation, handovers, and identifying strategic collaboration and upselling opportunities throughout the merchant lifecycle.
- Oversee the full cycle of client management from initial scoping through go-live and post-launch stages.
- Implement and monitor satisfaction mechanisms to enhance onboarding and delivery experiences for merchant clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, product, key account management, and technical teams to ensure clarity and accountability in deliverables.
- Manage commercial and governance relationships with essential platform partners, including conducting regular business reviews and tracking partner KPIs.
- Maintain a centralized escalation tracker to address partner-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Explore and identify partnership opportunities that strengthen and extend the EPOS Rewards ecosystem.
- Identify & validate emerging revenue streams through analysis of merchant behavior, onboarding trends, and campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and pilot frameworks for retainer and managed service proposals, targeting pricing, scope, and value for sustained merchant engagements.
- Work alongside internal teams to convert product features into tailored commercial offerings for merchants and partners.
- Design and administer the support ticketing system and service tiering frameworks, defining response expectations, escalation protocols, and opportunities for monetization.
- Oversee Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with merchants and partners, ensuring compliance and quality of service.
- Manage and continuously enhance the Train-the-Trainer program including onboarding pathways and keeping the team updated on EPOS product developments and implementation solutions.
