Role Overview

As a vital member of the rapidly expanding team, you will assist ZweiDigital and its clients in managing social advertising campaigns within a respectful environment featuring flat organizational structures.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to develop and optimize campaigns for peak performance on platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Co-create, implement, and evaluate varied social ad strategies alongside clients.
• Monitor campaign outcomes closely and extract learning points to improve effectiveness.
• Take charge of full project management duties and serve as the primary client liaison.
• Contribute to internal initiatives, including engaging in and leading workshops, streamlining processes, participating in professional development, and authoring insightful blog posts.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in social ads with a focus on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn advertising platforms.
• Background in project management and direct client engagement.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Shopify, WordPress, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong analytical ability to devise appropriate client strategies.
• Excellent command of the German language, both written and verbal, with proficient English skills.
• High team spirit and motivation.
