Electropneumatics & Hydraulics (I) Pvt. Ltd. (EPHL), established in 1972, excels in providing innovative solutions across electronics, engineering, software, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. Headquartered in Pune, their 20-acre manufacturing facility employs around 1000 professionals skilled in mechanical, hydraulics, electrical, electronics, and controls technologies. Having fabricated over 5000 state-of-the-art CNC and automated industrial machines, they offer customized solutions spanning diverse domains. The company operates five distinct divisions focusing on fluid power, machine manufacturing, component manufacturing, drives and controls, and strategic projects involving defense and naval applications.
Role and Responsibilities
- Engage in detailed engineering work for strategic products and projects.
- Develop new concepts for machines and equipment.
- Create solid models for components, sub-assemblies, and complete systems.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs) accurately.
- Release drawings, BOMs, and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).
- Develop test procedures and associated drawings.
- Provide design assistance during assembly, integration, and testing phases.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Proficient in CAD software such as Creo, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
- Familiar with basic engineering calculations and practices.
- Knowledgeable about engineering materials and manufacturing techniques.
- Understanding of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and quality control procedures.
- Experience or awareness of design tools including DFMEA, DFM&A, and DOE is advantageous.
