Junior Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Junior Designer to become part of our Marketing team at Immersive Technologies. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys a fast-paced setting, pays keen attention to detail, and is motivated to produce visually appealing and impactful designs. Duties range from website and electronic direct mail (eDM) creation to campaign execution, social media content, and digital ads. The designer will collaborate closely with internal departments and report directly to the Creative Lead, delivering creative content that aligns with the brand and business goals.

Key Duties

• Design print materials such as brochures and flyers.
• Obtain practical experience in social media content, partnerships, promotional campaigns, and events.
• Develop digital assets including eDMs, website content, and banners.
• Contribute fresh ideas while adhering to existing brand standards.
• Manage social media content creation and schedule posts across relevant channels.
• Analyze social media platforms and suggest improvements.
• Prepare presentation and pitch materials.
• Assist with basic email marketing and promotional designs.

Candidate Profile

• Exceptional attention to detail with strong typography skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experienced in both print and digital design projects.
• Familiarity with working in-house or adhering to defined brand guidelines.
• Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Curious about new technologies and passionate about understanding brand development beyond visual aesthetics.
• A collaborative team member.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with website/UI design and CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Figma design proficiency.
• Skills in video production, photography, and editing.
