About the Role
We are inviting applications for the position of Junior Counselor or Trainee at Aara Education Consultancy, located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This opportunity is crafted for individuals aspiring to pursue a career in study abroad consulting, perfectly suited for fresh graduates or professionals with experience up to one year. The role emphasizes strong communication abilities and a keenness to learn and grow in this domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and coordinate clients through the entire study abroad education process, maintaining consistent communication with students.
- Establish and sustain relationships with company partners and students to facilitate the overseas education journey, including managing application forms and student visa procedures.
- Keep the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems updated with accurate student information and records.
- Support new student onboarding smoothly and respond to their queries; compose and send emails and cover letters to partners and students effectively.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Competency in abroad education counseling and student advisory techniques.
- Familiarity with diverse countries, universities, and academic programs available overseas.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are mandatory.
- Capability to tailor guidance based on each student's unique requirements.
- Preferred experience includes career counseling, proficiency in education administration, and knowledge of student visa processes.
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 15,000 to INR 27,500.
