Role Overview
- Manage projects comprehensively: take charge of challenging projects throughout their entire lifecycle—from planning and monitoring to successful completion.
- Establish clear structures and transparency: develop well-defined processes across all project stages by prioritizing tasks, managing risks, and supporting decision-making.
- Act with foresight: anticipate needs, initiate actions, and ensure project success.
- Apply project management methodologies: effectively utilize classical and agile methods and frameworks, applying them as appropriate to the situation.
- Lead change management: question existing practices, promote continuous improvement, and actively support change initiatives.
- Manage stakeholders: communicate internally and externally, collaborating closely with project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
Candidate Profile
- Completed higher education in industrial engineering, business informatics, project management, or a related discipline.
- Solid experience in managing technically demanding projects, preferably within the energy, automotive, defense, or IT industries.
- Proficient in both classical and agile project management methods such as IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum, and SAFe.
- Confident, persuasive communicator capable of delivering strong presentations.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent command of German and good written and oral English skills.
- Willingness to undertake regular business travel across Germany, including flexibility to be present on client sites during weekdays.
