Role Overview

• Manage projects comprehensively: take charge of challenging projects throughout their entire lifecycle—from planning and monitoring to successful completion.
• Establish clear structures and transparency: develop well-defined processes across all project stages by prioritizing tasks, managing risks, and supporting decision-making.
• Act with foresight: anticipate needs, initiate actions, and ensure project success.
• Apply project management methodologies: effectively utilize classical and agile methods and frameworks, applying them as appropriate to the situation.
• Lead change management: question existing practices, promote continuous improvement, and actively support change initiatives.
• Manage stakeholders: communicate internally and externally, collaborating closely with project teams, stakeholders, and clients.

Candidate Profile

• Completed higher education in industrial engineering, business informatics, project management, or a related discipline.
• Solid experience in managing technically demanding projects, preferably within the energy, automotive, defense, or IT industries.
• Proficient in both classical and agile project management methods such as IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum, and SAFe.
• Confident, persuasive communicator capable of delivering strong presentations.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent command of German and good written and oral English skills.
• Willingness to undertake regular business travel across Germany, including flexibility to be present on client sites during weekdays.
