Junior Commercial Manager (m/w/d)

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase orders, contracts, and agreements (including LOIs, MoUs, NDAs) in cooperation with internal departments.
• Establish appropriate project frameworks enabling systematic effort tracking and input, plus maintenance of order data in SAP to ensure contract-compliant billing.
• Actively participate in shaping project controlling and reporting by managing and monitoring costs, performing variance analyses, and conducting regular commercial project assessments to safeguard economic objectives.
• Assist in implementing compliance measures related to foreign trade law, customs, and air freight security.
• Drive continuous improvement and digitalization of commercial processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completed studies in business administration or equivalent qualifications as a business economist.
• Preferably some initial professional experience in commercial project management, including handling export and customs law procedures.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, along with initial experience using SAP or another ERP system.
• Excellent command of both German and English, spoken and written.
