Junior Business Analyst

About the Role

Responsibilities include supporting client engagements by understanding business requirements, process mapping, and assessing technology options, including those involving agentic AI.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior Business Analysts in collecting and documenting business needs through meetings and workshops.
• Create and update project documents such as Business Requirement drafts, User Manuals, Process Maps, and training materials.
• Help with business process mapping efforts to ensure system developments fit operational workflows.
• Support project management activities including milestone tracking, document updates, and preparing progress summaries for stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Possess strong logical thinking with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrate proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Exhibit keen attention to detail, identifying discrepancies in data and documentation.
• Show initiative and eagerness to learn, while autonomously managing workload.

Qualifications and Skills

• Competency with Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel; familiarity with Visio or PowerPoint is a plus.
• Basic comprehension of software interactions, such as APIs, databases, and cloud computing systems.
• Interest in project delivery approaches like Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
