Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional service at AIDA Bars, preparing cocktails and beverages according to AIDA's quality standards.
- Advise guests on beverage choices, providing friendly and engaging sales interactions.
- Perform daily preparation and cleanup of Mise en Place for smooth bar operations.
- Adhere strictly to safety, environmental, and hygiene regulations onboard.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience working behind a cocktail bar, ideally supported by a formal hotel and hospitality training.
- Proficiency in English and a strong commitment to customer service and sales.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively within a team, and a polished appearance.
