Key Responsibilities

• Support delivery across various architectural projects.
• Compile and submit documentation for building regulation and planning permissions.
• Conduct site inspections and surveys to verify technical adherence.
• Develop technical specifications along with tender and construction drawing packages.

Candidate Profile

• Holder of a degree in Architectural Technology.
• Post-qualification experience within UK architectural practices.
• Familiarity with Revit software is advantageous.
• Background in handling diverse building sector projects.
• Understanding of UK building legislation and regulations.
• Strong technical aptitude paired with presentation skills.
• Exceptional meticulousness with an eye for detail.
