Role Overview

The Junior AI Support Specialist position is an entry-level opportunity designed for analytically driven individuals eager to learn the technical aspects of business systems. You will assist senior consultants in maintaining AI-driven support tools and reporting dashboards. This role does not require handling complex engineering tasks independently but focuses on accuracy, thorough documentation, and teamwork. It is a permanent, full-time role conducted entirely remotely, allowing flexible contribution from your own environment through digital collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and address support requests related to internal AI tools and automated reporting systems.
• Assist in configuring basic data validation rules to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
• Keep technical documentation up-to-date to empower client teams to manage their systems autonomously after project completion.
• Conduct testing of software updates and new configurations before deployment to live environments.
• Track and classify technical issues, coordinating with consultants to ensure prompt resolution.
• Create user guides and training resources that simplify complex technical processes for end users.
• Assist in data cleanup by identifying duplicate or missing records within systems.
• Participate in regular team meetings to report on system performance and gather user feedback.
