About the Role
We are a bootstrapped Shopify conversion rate optimization agency looking for a versatile builder who can create internal AI-powered tools, support the founder on operations, and contribute to client delivery when bandwidth opens up.
What You Will Do
- Develop internal AI automations using Claude Code to streamline audit processes, enrich leads, run cold email sequences, and track MRR through dashboards. The goal is to improve efficiency without adding headcount.
- Handle founder’s office operations such as keeping case studies updated, maintaining the investor data room, tracking monthly recurring revenue, and coordinating C-Corp-related work to keep the business investor-ready.
- Support delivery work during busy periods by assisting with Shopify CRO implementation, including Liquid, JavaScript, and A/B testing, with Claude Code used to speed up execution. Guidance will be provided as you ramp up.
- Carry out CRO audits by building custom code and design solutions.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who can work independently, move quickly, and take ownership without needing constant supervision. You should be comfortable working with code, able to communicate clearly in writing, and ready to operate in a fast-moving environment.
Must-Have Requirements
- Practical experience using Claude Code to build something tangible, not just trying it out.
- Strong self-management skills with the ability to prioritize work and stay proactive.
- Good technical understanding, including the ability to read and edit HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong written communication skills, especially for investor-facing documentation.
- Excellent English fluency, since the role works with clients in the US and the UK.
Preferred Experience
- Background in an agency or early-stage startup environment.
- Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem.
- Comfort learning new programming languages and working with web technologies.
- Foundational product management skills such as prioritization and roadmap planning.
