Overview
The Jio Point Lead role entails overseeing the sales and operational performance of retail outlets within a designated territory to ensure achievement of customer acquisition and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise distribution and performance metrics of retail outlets in the assigned catchment area.
- Lead initiatives to drive customer acquisition and meet revenue objectives through management of Jio Point operations, including both inbound and outbound efforts.
- Oversee productivity and output of the retail team to maximize results.
- Implement operational standards and principles across all Jio Points within the regional jurisdiction (JC).
- Take personal accountability for the performance of the top 50 preferred retail outlets in the territory.
- Work collaboratively with Device Care and Customer Care teams to guarantee an excellent customer experience at all Jio Points.
- Ensure proper cleanliness, organization, and adherence to governance protocols at the retail points.
