Job Overview
The Janitorial Associate plays a key role in creating excellent first and last impressions for customers by maintaining cleanliness throughout the store premises. This includes cleaning areas such as the parking lot, restrooms, receiving area, and other store environments to ensure a safe and welcoming atmosphere.
Compensation and Hours
- Hourly pay ranges from 15 to 28 dollars, with the actual amount meeting or exceeding the minimum wage for the location.
- Additional bonuses may be earned annually or quarterly based on performance.
- Extra compensation in the form of premiums ranging from 0.35 to 3.00 dollars per hour might apply depending on scheduling, the facility, season, or specific tasks performed. Multiple premiums can be earned if criteria overlap.
- Available working shifts include Mid-Shift and Closing.
