Job Summary
The Janitorial Associate role involves ensuring that Walmart stores present a clean and welcoming environment from the parking lot through to the restrooms and receiving areas. This position plays a vital part in maintaining store cleanliness and safety, contributing significantly to the customer's first and last impressions.
Compensation
- The hourly wage ranges from $16 to $29, with the exact rate at or above the local minimum wage.
- Additionally, annual or quarterly performance-based incentives are provided.
- Premium pay may be available, ranging between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour, depending on factors such as shift schedules, facility, season, or specific work tasks, and multiple premiums may apply when criteria overlap.

- Employment is full-time, with shifts available during mid-shift and closing hours.
