Job Details

• Full-time position
• Morning and evening shifts available
• Pay rate: $12.50 per hour
• Weekly payment schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Perform floor maintenance such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming
• Operate chemical cleaners and power equipment carefully to avoid damage
• Clean and maintain restrooms, meeting rooms, hallways, and entrances
• Empty trash bins and use compactors when required
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors with appropriate tools and cleaners
• Spot clean carpets and help with carpet extraction and shampooing
• Restock paper products and sanitary supplies as needed
• Adhere to assigned housekeeping schedules
• Occasionally utilize heavy equipment such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers
• Perform additional duties as assigned by client or work scope

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, equivalent, or a minimum of six months of janitorial experience
• Willingness to receive on-the-job training
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow directions accurately

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles
• Knowledge of custodial procedures and commercial cleaning standards
• Familiarity with floor care processes including buffing and waxing
• Background in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance is a plus
