IT Support Specialist

About the Role

As a growing IT company based in the heart of Frankfurt am Main, we support businesses throughout Germany with cutting-edge IT solutions ranging from cloud services to tailor-made IT infrastructures. Our team currently comprises five employees and continues to expand. We are seeking immediate reinforcement for our IT Support team. You will assist clients both onsite and remotely from our office, working full-time or part-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing technical customer support within the Microsoft 365 environment, both onsite and remotely.
• Managing the telephone hotline and helpdesk system.
• Installing, configuring, and deploying hardware and software for clients.
• Setting up and configuring Windows, Apple, and Android devices.
• Offering internal support for various IT projects.

Required Qualifications

• Completed vocational training, degree, or comparable professional experience in IT administration or IT infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in the Microsoft 365 suite (including Entra, Intune, SharePoint, Defender).
• Excellent command of German, both spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications

• Conversational level English proficiency.
• Analytical thinking abilities, quick comprehension, and an independent, solution-focused work approach.
• Customer-oriented mindset and enjoyment in client interactions.
