About the Role
We are seeking a motivated IT Support Officer at the entry or junior level to join our expanding team. This full-time, remote position based in Bahrain is ideal for technology enthusiasts who enjoy solving technical problems and supporting user productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver first-level technical assistance for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user questions via phone, email, chat, or remote support platforms.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as computers, laptops, and printers.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and assist with password recovery processes.
- Conduct regular system maintenance, software updates, and installations.
- Record support cases, solutions, and technical guidelines accurately.
- Support inventory management and tracking of IT assets.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to maintain reliable and efficient IT services.
Candidate Requirements
- Foundational knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking principles.
- Experience or familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, or equivalent business applications.
- Understanding of ticketing systems or remote troubleshooting tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a customer-centric attitude.
- Capability to prioritize assignments and perform well within team environments.
- Willingness to continually learn and advance technical proficiency.
