About the Role
A distinguished Private Equity firm located in New York, NY is looking to hire an Investor Relations Assistant. This role offers a salary ranging from $150,000 to $200,000 plus bonus incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage investor transfers and update wire instructions by supporting associated administrative procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Legal and Compliance to collect, verify, and input necessary documentation.
- Oversee the main Investor Relations email inbox, prioritize messages, and respond promptly and professionally to common investor questions.
- Record all relevant communications and follow-ups accurately within the CRM system.
- Maintain and update investor information, contacts, and interaction records within the Dynamo CRM platform.
- Track investor requests, interactions, and critical deadlines to facilitate effective relationship management.
- Assist with preparing and organizing responses for due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and requests for proposals (RFPs), collaborating with various teams including Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Investments.
- Manage and update the RFP response documents and templates to ensure high-quality submissions that adhere to brand and formatting guidelines and are delivered punctually.
- Support the preparation of investor presentations, pitchbooks, and internal reports using PowerPoint and Excel.
- Help coordinate meeting materials and logistics for investor meetings, roadshows, and events.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Fund Accounting, and Investments teams to provide seamless and responsive service to investors.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience involving investor relations, client services, writing RFPs, or financial operations.
- Familiarity with asset management, private equity, or alternative investments is advantageous.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are essential; experience with CRM software is beneficial.
