Investment Analyst - Public Equities

Position Overview

A prominent Multi-Asset Investment Firm seeks an Investment Analyst specializing in Public Equities for their Singapore office. This is a full-time onsite role focused on generating unique investment insights and supporting portfolio decisions through comprehensive market research and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough bottom-up and thematic research to uncover differentiated investment ideas across global equity markets.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses to evaluate public market investment opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, economic shifts, and sector developments to detect investment risks and potential catalysts.
• Collaborate closely with portfolio managers to oversee portfolio exposures, evaluate performance attribution, and assess relevant risk metrics.
• Prepare articulate investment memos, in-depth company reviews, and due diligence documentation to guide portfolio construction and investment choices.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 2 to 5 years of experience in Equity Research, with a demonstrated interest or background in buy-side roles, emphasizing bottom-up fundamental analysis.
• Preference given to candidates with experience in the China and Hong Kong equity markets.
